Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule with 200-300 ml of water or a hypotonic drink. During intense physical exertion associated with excessive sweating and ambient temperature above 25 °C - 1 capsule before the expected exertion and another during exercise, maximum 2 capsules per hour. For moderate physical exertion associated with normal sweating and an ambient temperature of around 20 °C - 1 capsule per hour. During physical exertion associated with minor sweating or at temperatures below 10 °C - 1 capsule every 2 hours.
