Dobrý den, Objednal jsem si Tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ (SM-X620). Po rozbalení jsem zjistitl, že je uzamčen v MDM – po spuštění vyžaduje naskenování firemního QR kódu, nelze dokončit úvodní nastavení ani provést factory reset. Zřejmě registrace v Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment. Zařízení je v tomto stavu nepoužitelné. Tak jsem ho na radu ALZA asistenta reklamoval a objednal jsem si nový, stejného typu. Dorazil mi hned druhý den a úplně stejně uzamčený. Tak jsem kontaktoval podporu ALZA, vyžádal jsem si lidského pracovníka a situaci jsem řešil s ním. Bylo mi doporučeno tablet znovu reklamovat a další stejný model v ALZA již neobjednávat. To byla od pracovníka podpory neobyčejná upřímnost, za kterou mu děkuji a se kterou se prostě musím podělit :-) A moje otázka: Jak se může obchodu, jako je ALZA, stát, že 2x prodá nový tablet, uzamčený v MDM?
