Energy-saving operation

Due to the 16Nm production technology and the new Pascal architecture, the manufacturer boasts not only significantly higher performance, but also far greater efficiency. The expected consumption is only 120W, yet it offers comparable performance to the GTX 980, which demanded up to 165W.

ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 O6G 9GBPS offers the power of 1280 CUDA cores, 72 texturing, and 48 rendering units. GP106 from the Pascal family runs at 1847MHz in Boost mode. The graphics chip is sequenced by 6GB of GDDR5 memory with 192-bit bus and a throughput of 9Gbps.

Efficient cooling from ASUS

The cards are fitted with a patented DirectCU II cooler that makes minimal noise. With a low load, the fans are inactive and are equipped with a passive block. However, when playing continuously, it reliably and efficiently cools the whole card. The dust-resistant pair of fans with specially shaped sheets holds an IP5X certification and has a longer life span.
