Dobrý den, koupil jsem na Alze Chipolo one ve slevě, použité. Aplikace mi po vyhledání čipu píše: Chipolo je zamčené, toto Chipolo je pro jiného uživatele uzamčeno. Pokud bylo přeneseno z jiného účtu, vraťte se zpět do původní aplikace a odpárujte ho pomocí tlačítka Odstranit Chipolo. V případě potřeby kontaktujte podporu. Zkoušel jsem jej převést do továrního nastavení a nyní píská asi po 10 s a nezačne pískat po vteřině ani po dlouhé době. Co mám dělat?

Dobrý deň, viete mi, prosím, poradiť, prečo mi to nefunguje? Podľa zoznamu by to malo s Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite (android 11) fungovať. Nefunguje. Nedá sa prezvoniť kľúče ani naopak telefón. Všetko mám povolené. Ďakujem.
