Vysoce světelný objektiv s pevnou ohniskovou vzdáleností, který je ekvivalentem oblíbené „pevné padesátky“ pro systém Micro Four Thirds. Objektiv je mimořádně malý a lehký, jen 125 gramů, ale přitom má i kovový bajonet. Vyniká kvalitní kresbou a díky vysoké světelnosti je ideální pro tvůrčí práci s hloubkou ostrosti, nebo do špatných světelných podmínek. Krokový ostřící motor je vhodný i pro natáčení videa. Plusem je i sluneční clona v ceně.
Nevýhodou je vyšší vinětace při otevřené cloně (lze snadno odstranit editací) a nepatrně vyšší cena.

This compact lens complements the Micro Four Thirds Panasonic system, but it can be used also for the similar system of the Olympus company. The lens offers a fixed focal length and is suitable for artistic photography with a great depth of field. It has excellent luminosity and its focal length (50mm in cinomatic ratio) covers almost the same viewing angle and perspective as the human eye. The silent sharpening and smooth aperture changes makes the lens very useful also as a video lens. The construction of the lens consists of 8 elements in 7 groups.
