Dobrý den, mám problém s voláním. První pokusy s vytáčením kontaktu skončí do 5 sekund ukončením hovoru- spojení se nezdařilo. Dnes jsem dokonce restartovala telefon, neboť nešlo spojit žádný kontakt. Pomohlo pouze na jeden hovor. Spojení se provede vždy až na druhý pokus. Telefon byl u vás zakoupen minulý týden. Děkuji za zpětnou vazbu.

Dobrý den, pro propojení mobilního telefonu s notebookem z důvodu přenosu dat mezi zařízeními jsem použil datový kabel USB C/USB A. Komunikace nebyla navázána. Neprobíhá ani nabíjení telefonu. Co s tím lze dělat? Děkuji za odpověď.

Kam se prosím vás přidává druhá SIM karta? Na šuplíčku je místo jen pro Micro SD kartu a jednu Nano SIM kartu. Předem děkuji.
