Na tomto odkaze píšete, že po nastavení dle návodu se na židli sedí dobře, je někde k dispozici tento návod? Dobrý den, je normální, že nastavení hloubky opěrky hlavy nedrží už při slabém tlaku? Prakticky to znamená, že pokud si lehce hlavu opřu, sjede cvakáním do krajní (mělké) polohy. Nějaké nastavení tuhosti se nezdá být možné.
