Coravin® Pivot™ Aerator
Coravin® Pivot™ Aerator
Coravin Pivot Aerator is a special luxury stopper that extends the life of the wine after removing the cork or screw cap. The special Pivot system provides a combination between wine stabilization and aeration. The wine is consequently more aromatic and significantly more palatable. The system works on the principle of bidirectional action of substances. When pouring the wine into the glass, it is not air that is released into the bottle in the opposite direction, but a special food gas that eliminates the risk of wine spoilage. The remaining wine will keep at its maximum quality for up to 4 weeks. The accessories for the Coravin Pivot Aerator are made of plastic and silicone, and stainless steel has also been used to manufacture certain parts.
