Dobrý deň, chcem sa spýtať, či už nebudete mať vôbec v ponuke príslušenstvo pre túto čističku, konkrétne UV lampu. Našiel som iba informáciu, že predaj sa skončil.
Myslím, že to nie je celkom fér predávať zariadenie na ktoré sa nedá kúpiť príslušenstvo, bez ktorého čistička neplní svoj účel.

O pár dní mi končí záručná doba. Asi po roku a pol sme ju prestali používať. Po cca 5 mesiacoch som ju chcel spustiť, vymenil som všetky filtre. Spustil som ju a nechce sa spárovať so senzorom a nedá sa teda prepnúť do režimu AUTO. Viete mi poradiť, ako to spárovať? Alebo to musím ísť reklamovať? Predtým sme s ňou boli spokojní, ale teraz je už iba manuálna. Ďakujem

Produkuje pri zapnutej UVC lampe aj pach typický pre UVC žiariče? aj keď ten myslím vzniká pri rozpade rúznych častíc vo vzduchu a keďže vzduch pri tej lampe by už mal byť prefiltrovaný tak teoretický by nemuselo tvoriť ten zápach ale nie som si istý preto sa pýtam

Dobrý den. Jsem alergik a čističku mám doma. Běží na režim auto. Když se ráno vzbudím, všechno mě lechtá, kýchám a smrkám. Pak přepnu čističku na režim turbo a po chvíli je to lepší. Zároveň, ale nechci nechat čističku běžet na turbo celý den, a tak přepínám opět na auto. Čistička ale vždy ukazuje nízké číslo (dobrou kvalitu vzduchu) i ve chvíli, kdy já kýchám jako blázen. Proto se domnívám, že alergeny vůbec ve vzduchu nedetekuje a vyčistí je, až když jí zvýším výkon sama ručně. S čidlem přitom problém není. Pozná, když smažím, nebo když má někdo venku táborák. Je možné, že čidlo opravdu alergeny ve vzduchu nepozná? Děkuji za odpověď.
