Philips ProPix 650

Philips ProPix 650
The Philips ProPix 650 projector uses DLP technology and displays an image with a native resolution of 1280 × 800 WXGA. A high brightness of 4000 ANSI lumens produces a clear and highly visible image even in partially lit rooms, which is key for business presentations or teaching. The presentation projector delivers sharp details and legible text. The device is powered by a Philips UHP lamp, which lasts for up to 10000 hours in the energy-saving ECO mode, significantly reducing total running costs and the frequency of necessary replacements. Weighing just 2.5kg and with compact dimensions, it's suitable for carrying between rooms as well as for fixed ceiling installation.

Image properties
The display is provided by a DLP chip with a native resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels. This WXGA projector supports display in 4:3, 16:9 and native 16:10 aspect ratios. A brightness of 4000 ANSI lumens, combined with a 2000:1 contrast ratio, keeps the image clear and full of detail even without complete darkness. You can adjust the image size thanks to the adjustable screen size range of 70" to 150". From a projection distance of four metres, the projector creates a 120" image. Fine-tune the image geometry using manual keystone correction and optical zoom.
Light source and lifespan
The projector uses a 200W Philips UHP lamp as its light source. In normal operating mode, it provides a lifespan of 6000 hours. To reduce energy consumption and extend the replacement interval, activate ECO mode. In this setting, the lamp life is extended to up to 10000 hours. The lamp projector thus offers a lower total cost of ownership, as it requires less frequent maintenance and service interventions associated with replacing the light source. In addition, UHP technology ensures stable light output throughout its lifespan.
Design, sound and other features
With a weight of 2.5kg and dimensions of 99 × 218 × 302mm, the projector is easy to carry, but can also be set up for a fixed ceiling installation. For basic presentation audio, you can use the integrated 2W speaker. For a full audio experience, use the 3.5mm headphone output to connect an external audio system. The office projector also supports 3D content playback, which expands its use for multimedia and educational applications that require spatial display. The Normal Throw optics are suitable for most standard-sized rooms.
Connectivity
The projector offers connectivity for a wide range of devices. It has one HDMI port for modern laptops and players. Two VGA inputs and one VGA output provide connection to older computers or integration into existing systems. Two USB 2.0 ports expand playback options. For professional installations and integration into AV control systems, use the RS232 interface for remote control. The equipment also includes an S-Video input for analogue sources and a separate 3.5mm audio input and output for connecting external speakers or headphones.
