Dobrý den, mám asi cca 2 měsíce tento sporák a mám ho připojeny na pro pan butan. Ze dne na den nám přestal fungovat nejmenší ohřev. Zapálit lze ale plyn se neudrží. Zkoušeli jsme dle návodu pročistit ale i tak bohužel nefunguje. Ostatní jsou v pořádku. Jakým způsobem máme reklamovat. Děkuji
